New Jerusalem Baptist Church believes that photos, videos, and other media play a valuable role in creating connections within our faith community and in helping it flourish and grow. Photos and videos tell our story, provide visitors information and an idea of what to expect when they attend our worship services and events, highlight the work of those who serve, and allow us to better communicate our mission within and outside our parish.

Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming and other recording may be in progress at New Jerusalem Baptist Church’s worship services, ministry activities, classes, programs and other church events. New Jerusalem Church may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the church, including but not limited to our bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters and other printed and electronic materials and digital media (such as our website, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom).

By participating in New Jerusalem Church’s church services, ministry activities, classes, programs and other events: you consent to be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded; you grant your permission for New Jerusalem Baptist Church to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice or statements, without compensation, credit or other consideration to you, for New Jerusalem Baptist Church’s promotional, publicity and other purposes; and you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify New Jerusalem Baptist Church from any liability involving the use of your image, likeness, voice or statements. New Jerusalem Church will not identify children age 12 and under by name or any other identifying information in photos or videos without prior parental consent.

Unless otherwise indicated, these photographs and audio/visual recordings are the property of and/or are copyrighted by New Jerusalem Baptist Church and may not be used for any purpose (including but not limited to: downloading, printing, distributing, linking) without permission from New Jerusalem Baptist Church. If copyright for a photo/video is held by someone other than New Jerusalem Baptist Church, we will receive permission to post it and gladly provide credit if desired.
